זמינות מוצרים וחוסר במלאי

מלאי המוצרים וזמינותם מתעדכנים באופן שוטף. חלק מהמוצרים מסופקים באמצעות ספקים חיצוניים, ולכן ייתכנו פערי סנכרון או מצב שבו מוצר שהוזמן אינו זמין בפועל.

אם לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה יתברר כי החנות אינה יכולה לספק מוצר עקב חוסר במלאי, טעות בזמינות או סיבה אחרת שבאחריות החנות, רובי יודאיקה תיצור קשר עם הלקוח בהקדם ותאפשר לו לבחור בין:

1. ביטול מלא של העסקה הנוגעת למוצר שלא ניתן לספק, ללא דמי ביטול, קנס או עלות אחרת, וקבלת החזר מלא של הסכום ששולם בגינו; או
2. קבלת מוצר חלופי מקביל, או מוצר באיכות או ברמה גבוהה יותר, ללא תוספת תשלום ורק לאחר קבלת הסכמתו המפורשת של הלקוח.

לא תבוצע החלפה במוצר אחר ללא אישור הלקוח. אם ההזמנה כוללת מוצרים נוספים, יתואם עם הלקוח אם לספק את יתרת ההזמנה או לבטלה, בהתאם לבחירתו ובכפוף לדין.

הוראה זו חלה על ביטול הנובע מאי־יכולת החנות לספק את המוצר. ביטול רגיל ביוזמת הלקוח, שאינו נובע מחוסר במלאי, מאי־אספקה, מפגם או מאי־התאמה שבאחריות החנות, כפוף למדיניות הביטולים וההחזרות של החנות ולהוראות הדין.

Product Availability and Out-of-Stock Items

Product inventory and availability are updated regularly. However, some products are fulfilled through external suppliers, and occasional synchronization gaps may occur.

If, after an order is placed, the store cannot supply an item because it is out of stock, incorrectly shown as available, or for another reason attributable to the store, Ruby Judaica will contact the customer promptly and offer a choice between:

1. A full cancellation of the unavailable item, with no cancellation fee, penalty or other charge, together with a full refund of the amount paid for that item; or
2. A comparable replacement product, or a product of equal or higher quality, at no additional charge and only with the customer’s express consent.

No substitution will be made without the customer’s approval. If the order contains additional products, the store will coordinate with the customer whether to fulfil or cancel the remaining items, according to the customer’s choice and applicable law.

This provision applies when cancellation results from the store’s inability to supply the item. A standard customer-initiated cancellation that is unrelated to an out-of-stock item, non-delivery, defect, or non-conformity attributable to the store is subject to the store’s cancellation and refund policy and applicable law.
