משלוחים, זמינות וחוסר במלאי

מחירי המוצרים אינם כוללים דמי משלוח. דמי המשלוח, ככל שיחולו, יוצגו בנפרד במהלך ההזמנה או יתואמו עם הלקוח בהתאם ליעד ולסוג המוצר.

זמינות המוצרים כפופה לאישור מלאי סופי. אם החנות אינה יכולה לספק מוצר עקב חוסר במלאי, טעות בזמינות או סיבה אחרת שבאחריותה, ניצור עמכם קשר בהקדם ותוכלו לבחור בין ביטול ללא עלות וקבלת החזר מלא, לבין מוצר חלופי מקביל או משודרג ללא תוספת תשלום ורק בהסכמתכם המפורשת. לא תבוצע החלפה ללא אישורכם.

הפטור מדמי ביטול בסעיף זה חל כאשר הביטול נובע מאי־יכולת החנות לספק את המוצר. ביטול רגיל ביוזמת הלקוח כפוף למדיניות הביטולים וההחזרות ולהוראות הדין.

Shipping, Availability and Out-of-Stock Items

Product prices do not include shipping charges. Any applicable shipping fee will be shown separately during the order process or coordinated with the customer according to the destination and product type.

Product availability is subject to final stock confirmation. If the store cannot supply an item because it is out of stock, incorrectly shown as available, or for another reason attributable to the store, we will contact you promptly and offer either a free cancellation with a full refund or a comparable or upgraded replacement at no additional charge and only with your express consent. No substitution will be made without your approval.

The waiver of cancellation fees in this section applies when cancellation results from the store’s inability to supply the item. A standard customer-initiated cancellation is subject to the store’s cancellation and refund policy and applicable law.
